Your mission

As Senior Sales Manager you take commercial ownership of our global charter activities, ensuring efficient and optimal utilization of our fleet. You combine deep market knowledge with strong operational understanding to maximize fleet utilization and drive sustainable revenue growth.
You understand that successful charter sales are not only about closing deals — they are about positioning aircraft intelligently, balancing operational constraints with commercial opportunity and extracting maximum value from the fleet. 
In close collaboration with Operations and CAMO, you ensure that commercial decisions are aligned with technical and operational realities — and vice versa.
 
Your responsibilities include:
  • Taking full revenue ownership for your assigned markets and broker portfolio
  • Strategically positioning our fleet within the global broker market and on Avinode
  • Leading high-value negotiations and closing complex international charter deals
  • Actively managing and expanding a global broker network
  • Maximizing aircraft utilization in close coordination with OPS and CAMO
  • Challenging operational constraints constructively when commercial opportunities justify it
  • Identifying new revenue streams and market opportunities
  • Monitoring market dynamics, pricing developments and competitor positioning
  • Representing the company at international industry events and client meetings

Your profile

  • You bring extensive experience in private aviation charter sales and operate confidently within the global B2B broker market.
  • You have a strong operational understanding of aircraft performance, scheduling logic, maintenance constraints and cost structures.
  • You are able to speak the language of OPS and CAMO and confidently align commercial strategy with operational reality.
  • You are highly experienced with Avinode and understand how to strategically position aircraft to maximize visibility and conversion.
  • You think in terms of revenue, contribution margins and fleet optimization — not just individual deals.
  • You are comfortable taking ownership of ambitious sales targets and measurable KPIs.
  • You bring an existing international broker network and know how the charter market truly works.
  • You are willing to travel globally to strengthen relationships and represent the company.
  • You are able and willing to work to work on-site at our Hamburg headquarters.
  • Fluent English is required; additional languages are a plus.
