In close collaboration with Operations and CAMO, you ensure that commercial decisions are aligned with technical and operational realities — and vice versa.
Your responsibilities include:
- Taking full revenue ownership for your assigned markets and broker portfolio
- Strategically positioning our fleet within the global broker market and on Avinode
- Leading high-value negotiations and closing complex international charter deals
- Actively managing and expanding a global broker network
- Maximizing aircraft utilization in close coordination with OPS and CAMO
- Challenging operational constraints constructively when commercial opportunities justify it
- Identifying new revenue streams and market opportunities
- Monitoring market dynamics, pricing developments and competitor positioning
- Representing the company at international industry events and client meetings
