Flight Dispatcher (m/f/d)

As part of our continued growth, we are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Flight Dispatcher to join our Operations team on-site in our Hamburg office and actively support the safe and efficient execution of our flights:

• Prepare and file flight plans in compliance with regulatory and company requirements

• Conduct weather analysis (METARs, TAFs, NOTAMs, winds aloft) and operational risk assessments

• Calculate fuel requirements, payload limitations, alternates, and route optimization

• Monitor active flights and provide real-time operational support to flight crews

• Coordinate with ground handlers, FBOs, fuel providers, and aviation authorities

• Liaise closely with the Commercial Department regarding scheduling, aircraft availability, and client operational requirements

• Ensure compliance with aviation regulations, MEL/CDL limitations, and company SOPs

• Maintain accurate operational records and reports

• Minimum 2 years of experience in aviation operations or flight dispatch

• Solid understanding of flight planning, meteorology, and aviation regulations

• Strong communication, coordination, and decision-making skills

• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment

• Proficiency in operational systems

• Flight Dispatcher License is an advantage but not mandatory

• Fluency in English, both written and spoken, is mandatory; German language skills are an advantage

• Unrestricted right to work in the EU
